No nights, no calls, and no weekend duties. Fellows and mentors support ongoing wound care training; the role emphasizes autonomy, work-life balance, and a 45-hour weekly expectation.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care and participate in weekly wound rounds.
• No nights, no call, no weekend duties; 4–5 days weekly.
• Travel to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius for patient care.
