Job summary

Vohra Physicians seeks a General Surgeon to join its national wound care program. You will perform bedside wound management in post-acute facilities, participate in weekly rounds, and operate within a mobile practice serving multiple facilities in the region.

The role offers autonomy, a focus on patient care over paperwork, and a path through wound care training and fellowship opportunities. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekend calls.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to work in a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Work Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with no night, no weekend duties.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating 20–30 patients daily.
• Document care at the point of care using our EMR.
