Qualifications

• MD/DO with active unrestricted medical license in the practicing state
• Commitment of at least 3 weekdays per week
• Strong bedside wound care skills for post-acute care settings

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Maintain real-time, point-of-care clinical documentation.
• Mobilize to facilities within a 40–60 mile radius and see 2–3 sites per day.
