AOIA in Minnesota is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving regional health system with strong administrative support, significant practice autonomy, and exceptional earning potential.

The role features a broad case mix across General Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Fracture Care, Sports Medicine, Hand/Wrist, Foot & Ankle, and Shoulder, with a dedicated orthopedics PA for clinic support and surgical first‑assist coverage.

Responsibilities

• Bread-and-butter Orthopedic Surgery with flexibility to build the practice around your interests
• Broad case mix including General Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Fracture Care, Sports Medicine, Hand/Wrist, Foot & Ankle, & Shoulder
• Established referral base supported by primary care network
• Dedicated Orthopedic PA providing clinic support & surgical first-assist coverage
• Flexible clinic & OR scheduling with 3 operating rooms available
• Opportunity to become the primary orthopedic provider & grow the service line
• Minimal trauma burden with most complex cases transferred to tertiary centers
• Physician-friendly call structure consisting primarily of phone consultations & ED support
• EPIC EMR & experienced surgical support staff
