Job summary

Spencer Britt in Southeastern Washington is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join an established practice. The position features a four- to five-day schedule focused on outpatient endoscopies and colonoscopies, with optional limited general surgery.

Dedicated RN, anesthesia/sedation teams, and MA support mean no evening or weekend procedures. Light 1:4 call, guaranteed base salary plus quarterly productivity bonuses, plus early shareholder eligibility after 12 months with ASC equity
