Spencer Britt in Southeast Washington is seeking a BE/BC Internist to join an established outpatient practice. The position offers a guaranteed base salary, flexible four- or five-day workweeks, and no evenings or weekend office hours.

You will have dedicated MA support, on-site imaging and lab, AI scribing, and strong incentives including quarterly productivity bonuses, annual quality incentives, signing and relocation bonuses, and potential for partnership.
