Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Maintain patient volume with around 15–25 cases per week and ensure patient safety.

An established regional medical center in southeastern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join its surgical team. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a broad range of surgical cases and strong hospital support.

The incoming surgeon will enjoy a collaborative practice environment with access to modern surgical facilities, dedicated clinical support, and the opportunity to provide essential surgical services to a growing community.

Opportunity Highlights

• Broad-based general surgery practice with a mix of elective and emergent procedures
• 24/7 hospitalist coverage and emergency medicine support
• Access to advanced imaging, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine
• Guaranteed base salary with RVU bonuses - Potential to earn $600,000+
• $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Surgical Volume: Approximately 15–25 cases per week
• Generous Time Off & CME: 20 PTO days, 7 paid holidays, plus 5 dedicated CME days and a $6,000 annual CME allowance.
