Banner Payson Medical Center in Payson, AZ is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a 3-physician general surgery practice with Medical Assistant support. This position offers full-spectrum surgery and endoscopy in a supportive rural community.

• Practice Composition: 3-physician General Surgery practice with dedicated Medical Assistant support
• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
• Practice Scope:Full spectrum General Surgery practice
• Required Skills:Endoscopy skillset required
• Annual Surgical Volumes:
  • Approximately 150 general surgery cases
  • Approximately 350 endoscopy cases (mainly lower endoscopy/colonoscopies)
• Call Schedule: 10 days per month required
