Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides professional medical services to patients.
• Exercises independent judgment in patient care.
• Orders and prescribes medical treatment and tests.
• Consults with patients and families for education.
• Documents medical care in patient records.
• Supervises other medical professionals.

Skills

Board-certified or board-eligible

DEA license

BLS/ACLS certification preferred

Proficiency in English communication

High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
