The position offers a 50/50 inpatient/outpatient mix, access to the Da Vinci Xi robotic platform, and a guaranteed base salary with benefits; compensation may increase with call coverage, admin services, performance bonuses, and productivity after the initial guarantee period.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with excellent references.
• Vascular/Thoracic experience is a plus but not required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level III trauma coverage as part of a seven-surgeon practice.
• Share call and clinic responsibilities at a Level III trauma center.
