Enjoy a 4½ day work week, 7:30–5 hours Monday to Friday, and a 1:3 call schedule. The team handles approximately 175 births annually in a supportive environment with the resources of a top system.

We offer a base salary of $420,000, rural stipend, and $100k in educational loan repayment along with a full benefits package and professional growth opportunities.
