Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold MD degree and be eligible for licensure in the United States.
• Preferred board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
• Preferred experience in critical care and robotics.
• Ability to work within VA guidelines and participate in resident education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct surgical care to inpatient and outpatient veterans.
• Assist in education and supervision of surgical residents and students.
• Pursue research opportunities where available and participate in committee work.
• Perform duties across the full spectrum of adult general surgery and telemedicine with VA referral sites.
