Position Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation: $502,947 starting base salary with a two-year salary guarantee
• Additional Incentives: Sign-on bonus and RVU-based compensation model beginning in year two
• Established Surgical Team: Join three experienced general surgeons and advanced practice clinicians in a stable, growing department
• Diverse Surgical Practice: Perform a broad range of general surgery procedures serving an adult patient population
• Advanced Surgical Expertise: Fellowship training or experience in minimally invasive and robotic surgery preferred
• Manageable Call Schedule: Currently averaging 1:4 weekday and 1:4 weekend call
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22-24 patients per day
• Modern Technology: Epic electronic health record system
• Long-Term Career Growth: Two-year shareholder track with opportunities for additional financial rewards
