Join a highly respected, physician-led gastroenterology program built around collaboration, preventive care, and exceptional work-life balance. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join an expanding team serving Modesto and Stockton, California. Practice in a supportive, team-based environment with experienced APPs, AI-enabled technology, and an efficient workflow that allows physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care rather than chasing RVUs.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Full-time Adult General Gastroenterology
• ERCP skills welcomed but not required
• Approximately 60-70% procedures / 30-40% clinic
• Average of 14 procedures per full procedure day
• Equal call shared among physicians regardless of seniority
• Weekend call approximately 1:10-11
• Strong physician and regional call support
• AI-assisted documentation and advanced EMR
• Dedicated APP support with three Nurse Practitioners assisting with consults, motility services, and patient management
• H-1B sponsorship available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $600,000 starting salary
• $400,000 forgivable recruitment loan, funded upfront and forgiven during years 5-7
