Job summary

B.H. Inc. in St George, UT is seeking a full-time General Superintendent to lead divisional field operations on underground infrastructure projects.

You will direct trenching, directional drilling, plowing, and conduit installation, ensuring work conforms to blueprints and safety regulations. You will manage crews, coordinate with project engineers, schedule high‑precision fiber optic pulling/splicing, and drive safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years hands-on underground construction experience.
• Strong understanding of trenching, directional drilling, plowing, conduit installation and fiber optic pulling/splicing workflows.
• Proven ability to manage large field crews and coordinate schedules with project engineers.
• Flexibility to travel regularly to project locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of underground infrastructure projects.
• Direct trenching, directional drilling, plowing, and conduit installation.
• Coordinate fiber optic cable pulling and splicing to ensure network continuity.
• Manage crew schedules, enforce safety standards, and liaise with engineers.
