B.H. Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to direct divisional quality programs and ensure compliance across project sites.

You will lead field management, coordinate subcontractors, drive lookahead schedules and maintain a robust safety culture. Travel to sites, including Zion National Park area, is required. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to oversee daily construction activities from mobilization to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contract

Qualifications

• Experience leading stretch and flex meetings, maintaining quality documentation, and driving efficient field workflows.

Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Per Diem

We are really looking for a self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision. The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall field management, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects from mobilization through completion. This position provides leadership and direction to field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders while ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and company expectations. In this role, you will manage and oversee all daily construction activities on the project site, drive 3‑week lookaheads, promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with drawings, monitor subcontractor workmanship, address deficiencies promptly, participate in project meetings, provide accurate field updates, and document site conditions, delays, changes, and project impacts.
