The Foundations Superintendent will manage the various project team members as it relates to thier craft. Establish standards, training, leadership training for the contract execution team and department. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager, or another manage-ment personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid, working out of your home and the project sites, with standard working hours from Monday through Fri-day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. This position may re-quire occasional overtime and weekend work as needed. Expect to travel up to 75%, or as needed for the project.
