Boutique Recruiting is seeking a General Superintendent to lead multiple drywall and framing projects in the Metro Atlanta area. This role focuses on quality, safety, and production, coordinating with project managers and mentoring field superintendents.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial drywall, hands-on leadership, and strong understanding of financial aspects of construction. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with substantial growth opportunities in a dynamic GC environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial drywall experience.
• 2-5 years as a General Superintendent preferred.
• Metal framing experience is preferred.
• Experience running large-scale commercial projects ($2M+ projects preferred).
• Understanding of both field operations and business/financial aspects of construction.
• Prior General Superintendent experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with ACC and Procore is preferred.
• Experience with large commercial GCs and projects in the Atlanta market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately 8 active projects at a time.
• Manage and mentor field superintendents.
• Coordinate with project managers.
• Review schedules and production.
• Conduct jobsite visits and provide field leadership.
• Oversee material ordering.
• Ensure thorough documentation and meeting attendance.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Provide operational input for change orders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
• Engage in strategic planning across multiple projects.

The General Superintendent will oversee multiple large-scale drywall and framing projects, ensuring effective management and execution across the Metro Atlanta area. Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000/ Year DOE
