Job summary

L.F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to support a data center construction project in Columbus, Ohio.

The role oversees field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Responsibilities include maintaining the project schedule, reporting status to the Project Manager and client representatives, and enforcing safety requirements across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Mission Critical (Data Center) experience is preferred.
• Experience should include supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Well developed, communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required

• Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when in the operational area, tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely.

Compensation:

In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
