Job summary

STO Building Group, including LF Driscoll, seeks an experienced General Superintendent for a data center project in Butler Township, PA. You will lead field coordination, ensure quality control, and supervise subcontracted work forces to meet schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include scheduling, progress reviews with Project Manager and clients, and enforcing safety policies across the crew. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Mission Critical (Data Center) experience preferred.
• Experience with supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

L.F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is looking for an experienced General Superintendent to support our data center construction project in Butler Township, PA. The General Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status
• Responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects
• Reviews status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis; large projects include multiple Superintendents
• Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when operating tools and equipment
• Analyzes manpower, material, equipment requirements, and interfaces the requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent
• Implements and enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction Management

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience
• Mission Critical (Data Center) experience is preferred
• Experience should include some supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent
• Well‑developed communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required

Compensation

In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
