• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of field operations or construction supervision experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior superintendent or equivalent leadership role.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across multiple mid-size projects or a large project.
• Coordinate with Regional Field operation Leader, regional Do Work leaders, and Project Executives to align priorities and field execution plans.
• Oversee senior superintendents and superintendent teams and ensure alignment with construction strategies.
• Collaborate with project executives, project managers, and self-perform leaders to coordinate planning and execution.
• Resolve complex field conditions, logistics constraints, and sequencing challenges across projects.
• Ensure consistent application of safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review field documentation, productivity metrics, and performance trends to guide corrective actions and improvements.
