Job summary

Yeshiva Torat Emet is seeking a General Studies Principal for the 2026-2027 school year to join our administrative team and drive exceptional educational experiences for students. The GSP will be a visible leader, voicing school policies and building strong connections with students, families, and faculty.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership (preferred), 3–5 years in school leadership, and a solid elementary education background.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school leadership or curriculum coordination.
• Strong instructional background in elementary education.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor teachers, collaborate with administrators, and engage parents.
• Commitment to Torah-centered educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional leadership by reviewing and updating General Studies curriculum.
• Oversee teaching quality and implement new programs and methods.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate General Studies faculty; coordinate substitutes.
