Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education from an accredited university.
• Experience in school administration.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: review/upgrade General Studies curriculum to align with school goals; oversee implementation and assessments; introduce innovative teaching methods.
• Faculty Development & Supervision: recruit and mentor General Studies faculty; conduct classroom observations; plan professional development; coordinate substitutes.
• Student Life & Discipline: oversee student life for grades 1–4; manage dismissal and dress code; assist in academic placement decisions.
• Parent & Community Relations: serve as a point of contact for parents; communicate progress and initiatives.
• Administrative Leadership: collaborate on strategic initiatives; procure materials; oversee school-wide programs and leadership team contributions.
