Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a General Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise up to 10 staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. You’ll manage stock, displays, and cash handling while training staff and supporting hiring and scheduling.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are required, with a commitment to policy compliance and inventory accuracy in a busy resort retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year retail experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for scheduled shifts ensuring stock and guest service.
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain displays and cash handling procedures.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Lead quarterly inventory and assist with online orders.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety standards.
