Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Store Manager level
• RV dealership management experience is preferred
• Experience in employee management
• Skills:
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills
• Ability to interpret profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial statements
