Job description

Growth potential awaits the General Manager in Springfield, MO over the next 5 years. Imperial Home Appliances has expanded rapidly across the US and has been growing 20% annually.

Candidate Requirements:
  1. Strong interpersonal skills
  2. Organizational abilities
  3. Familiarity with computers
  4. Punctuality and time management skills
  5. Proficiency in executing efficient processes
  6. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  7. Mechanical aptitude (a plus)

The position offers 25-40 hours per week, paid holidays, and vacations. The candidate will undergo a 90-day probationary period at $25/hr, after which they will be assessed for a salaried position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day store operations
  2. Facilitate an educational process for customers
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction
  5. Create and maintain a positive work environment
  6. Strengthen local community connections
  7. Collaborate with regional teams on marketing, inventory, and strategic planning
  8. Occasional travel to other locations once or twice a year
Qualifications:

Compensation:

$40,000 - $70,000 per year
