Job Title: General Store Cashier / Stocker

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service.
• Inform customers about products and store promotions.
• Establish or identify prices of goods and apply price stickers.
• Scan or key in merchandise prices and determine total sale amounts.
• Participate in creating window and counter displays under supervision.
• Keep stock rooms organized and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle cash and credit transactions honestly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, including receiving shipments and reconciling sales.
• Prepare deposits, close the register, and manage cash float.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkout areas, stock rooms, and store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and other assigned duties.
• Prioritize workload effectively in a busy environment.
• Remain calm, focused, and versatile in various activities.

Requirements:
