Our Southwest regional manufacturing facility or Service Center, located in Ontario, California, is looking for a General Site Manager or Service Center Manager who will serve as the local business leader, responsible for accelerating growth, expanding customer relationships, driving profitability, and leading operational excellence throughout the region. This role will be based on-site and will report directly to our Regional Operations Director or Head of Hollow Metal. You will have full ownership of the daily operations and be an integral part of all facets including Business Development and inside sales, managing the P & L, light manufacturing, capacity planning and production scheduling. Next to this, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, strengthen customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities while leading a high‑performing manufacturing and distribution operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business development, customer engagement, team leadership, and operational execution to deliver profitable growth.
