Job summary

Midas is seeking a General Service Technician for a busy Youngstown, OH area center. You will join a team delivering tire, lube, and vehicle services with paid training provided and opportunities for weekly bonus pay on top of base hourly wages.

No prior experience is required; we train you to install tires, perform rotations, balancing, and related services while supporting a safe and customer-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of base pay.
