Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee joined with Mavis Tire, seeks General Service Technicians for its Dayton, OH center. You will learn tire and wheel installation, rotations, balancing, and basic maintenance with paid training and guaranteed base compensation plus weekly bonuses.

Experience is not needed; candidates must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. The role offers a day-to-day, customer-facing environment with opportunities for growth and ASE certification

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels; perform tire services like rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Assist with routine vehicle maintenance and customer service in a busy shop.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality service experience for customers.
