Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, is seeking General Service Technicians for our Youngstown, OH location. This full-time role offers paid training, a guaranteed base with weekly bonus potential, and opportunities for ASE certification support as you grow with the team.

We value dependability, teamwork, and high-quality service. A 5-day work week with Sundays off and one additional weekday off supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
• Maintain a fast-paced, dependable, teamwork-driven work environment while delivering quality service.
