Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians for our automotive service centers in the Washington, PA area. Full-time roles with paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to grow within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

We welcome applicants with or without automotive experience to join our team and build hands-on skills while working alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
