Pep Boys / Mavis Tire - General Service Technicians in the Newport News, VA area seeks full-time General Service Technicians. The role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay and opportunities to advance within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Responsibilities include tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards with a supportive team.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn in a fast-paced shop.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Mansioni

• Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires; perform flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes; check and top off fluids.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections; identify concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area; follow safety procedures.
