Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the Richmond, VA area. This full-time role involves tire mounting, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance as part of a busy automotive service center.

You will work with experienced technicians, receive paid training, and have opportunities for advancement within the nation’s largest automotive service organization. We offer competitive weekly pay and benefits packages.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.

Mansioni

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
