Mavis Tire is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Springfield, MA area. You will perform essential tire services and basic vehicle maintenance alongside experienced automotive professionals, with paid training and opportunities to grow within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
