Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in Dedham, MA to perform essential maintenance and tire services, supporting customers on the road. You’ll work with experienced automotive professionals and gain hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorised to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
