Mavis Tire in Springfield, MA is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service centers. You will perform essential maintenance and tire services, from mounting and balancing tires to oil changes, in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
