Summary

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements.
2. Assist with and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety issues.
3. Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
4. Utilize diagnostic equipment, manuals, and computerized systems to troubleshoot automotive problems.
5. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
6. Perform quality control checks and test drives to verify repairs.
7. Report safety concerns or accidents to management promptly.
8. Complete test drives following company policies and safety practices.
9. Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate service needs effectively.
10. Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and concerns.
11. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a courteous demeanor.
12. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
13. Follow workplace safety requirements and promote a safe work environment.
