Automotive General Service Technician / Mechanic (with Goal of Growing to a Master Technician)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, etc.
• Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections with customer approval, including photos and detailed findings
• Follow all management and safety regulations
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and team spirit
• Adhere to OSHA and local safety regulations
• Assist with shop housekeeping as directed

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Basic tools for oil changes and tire rotations

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally
• Work with tools above head and in tight spaces
• Good dexterity for hand tools
• Walk/stand for most of the day
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Navigate computers effectively
