Job Description
The General Service Technician role combines front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week at the front counter. This position performs routine vehicle repairs and maintenance per company standards and manufacturer specs, communicates vehicle issues to guests, and plays a key role in providing a superior guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
