Summary

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and filter replacements to ensure vehicle reliability.
2. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
3. Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
4. Use diagnostic equipment, manuals, and computerized systems for troubleshooting automotive problems.
5. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
6. Perform quality checks and test drives to verify repairs.
7. Report accidents or safety concerns immediately to management.
8. Perform test drives following company policies and safety practices.
9. Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate service needs clearly.
10. Engage professionally with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and address questions.
11. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a courteous demeanor.
