Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and more, to ensure vehicle reliability and longevity.
- Assist with and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or safety concerns.
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and computerized systems to diagnose and troubleshoot automotive problems efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards for quality and safety.
- Perform quality control checks and test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose any remaining issues.
- Immediately report any accidents or service issues that require work beyond the scheduled scope or safety concerns to the Store or Service Manager.
- Complete test drives in accordance with company policies, procedures, safety practices, and traffic laws.
- Maintain thorough, accurate inspection records and communicate service recommendations clearly to sales and management staff.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations, provide estimates, and address questions or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and quality automotive services with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with senior technicians, management, and team members to coordinate workflow and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow and promote workplace safety standards to minimize risks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety.
- Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive, inclusive, and cohesive team culture to exceed business goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of related experience preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and a clean driving record.

Position Details
This full-time, onsite role requires at least 32 hours weekly, with varied hours including weekends. Travel up to 25% between local stores may be required, with less than 5% overnight travel.
