Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care NC is looking for motivated General Service Technicians to join our team. If you love cars and want to learn, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($14–$16 for entry, up to $19+ with experience and commissions), benefits after 90 days, a 401k for full-time, PTO after 6 months, and Sundays/evenings closed to spend time with family. We’re a family-owned group with 30+ shops in NC.

Qualifications

• Entry-level automotive service interest.
• 1-2 years experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or ID required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic automotive services: oil changes, tire maintenance, vehicle inspections, brakes, alignments, and more.
• Assist fellow technicians and learn advanced skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain recommended services.
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.

GST: $17 - 19 (1 year of experience) with commission

You will earn more with more experience & an inspection license!

GST with 2 years of experience: $19 + per hour with commission

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience
• Valid driver’s license or ID
• State inspection license
• Passion for automotive work and eagerness to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work Mon. - Sat. with a day off (5 days)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50-80 lbs, stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work indoors or outdoors in varying conditions.
