General Service Technician Overview:

Thank you for considering Midas to begin or continue your automotive career. We are in need of a General Service Technician in our growing Marlborough location. Although no previous automotive experience is required, preferred candidates will have 1 to 3 years of light repair or quick lube experience. A passion for cars, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are recommended. No tools? No problem. We offer a starter tool set to new GS hires as a sign on bonus! A State Inspector license or the desire to attain one is a plus. At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through years of automotive repair experience. We are a full-service facility, and we are looking for talented and motivated people to join our team!

GS Technician Requirements:

1. Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also working well in a team environment.
2. Knowledge of basic Automotive systems.
3. Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.

GS Technician Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
2. Valid Drivers License that meets insurance guidelines.
3. Reliable transportation.
