Job Description: The role offers a pay range of $15-18.00/hour, full-time or part-time, responsible for basic vehicle repairs and maintenance, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently.
2. Handling tire services such as mounting, balancing, and repairs.
3. Conducting vehicle services like oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery testing.
4. Completing Courtesy Inspections and communicating additional services needed.
5. Assisting with inventory management and store duties.
6. Adhering to safety standards and operating equipment safely.
7. Testing vehicles according to policy, observing traffic laws.
8. Following company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
9. Maintaining technical knowledge through training.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

Profile Summary:

• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive training or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Own basic tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
