Compensation: The salary for this position is $17.00-21.00/hour based on experience. There are additional incentives available for this position based upon performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Monro standards of operation.

2. Tire Services – perform wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation, and TPMS service and repair.

3. Vehicle Services – perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g., bulb, wiper blade, and filter replacements), battery testing and installations.

4. Consistently complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs.

5. Assist in inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, unloading, and stocking inventory.

6. Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and guest readiness.

7. Perform services in accordance with Monro’s safety standards, including Wheel Torque, Oil safety, and compliance procedures.

8. Test drive vehicles following Monro’s Road Test policy, utilizing dedicated test drive routes, while observing traffic and safety laws.

9. Understand and adhere to company policies, governmental standards, environmental codes, and ANSI/OSHA standards, using all required safety standards.

10. Maintain technical knowledge through timely completion of Monro University training courses and modules.

11. Operate and maintain all equipment safely, including lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc., according to guidelines.

12. Assist management with guest care, work order completion, register assistance, facility maintenance, and outside purchase ordering.

13. This position is a secondary key carrier responsible for opening and closing duties.

14. Understand and communicate Monro’s products and services effectively to guests.

15. Perform other duties as assigned and required.
