We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. As a leading automotive service provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in vehicle maintenance. Work Hours

• 8AM-5PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concerns
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability
• Maintain accurate records of all services, parts used, and time spent
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the shop environment

Minimum Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21
• Emissions certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
