Job Title: General Service Technician

Reports To: Service Manager

Department: Service

Position Summary: The General Service Technician performs basic preventative functions such as oil changes, tire services, and light mechanical work. This role involves recommending necessary parts, tires, or services to the Service Manager and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service with a 'We Can Do That' attitude.
• Performs oil and transmission fluid changes, and replaces filters.
• Evaluates tire pressure and ensures proper inflation.
• Recommends tires, parts, and services to the Service Manager for customer approval.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Secondary Job Functions:

• Cross-trains in other areas as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications and/or technical school degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

$17-$20 per hour
