Job description

General Service Technician: Estimated Total Earnings: $18-$25 per hour(Hourly Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Overtime + AMAZING Benefits)

Location:
Compensation Details:
• Hourly Base Pay of $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and performance).
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities include: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, and Production Bonuses. Estimated commissions range from $3-$12 more an hour - Based on position, skill level, and production
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
• Average total earnings range from $58,000 - $85,000per year.

What is the job of a General Service Technician?

• Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
• Repair tires, perform tire rotations
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires

• Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate with other team members to complete tasks at hand.
• Being detail oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
• Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
