Estimated Total Earnings: $18-$25 per hour (Hourly Base Pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Overtime + Benefits)

Location & Compensation Details

• Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience and performance)
• Commission & Bonus Opportunities: Daily Spiffs, Monthly Kickers, Production Bonuses, estimated $3-$12 more per hour, depending on role and performance
• Overtime pay: 1.5x for hours beyond 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week
• Average total earnings: $58,000 - $85,000 annually
